Guardianship and Administration Tribunal
MurphySchmidt can assist you with applications to the Guardianship and Administration Tribunal for the appointment of guardians and administrators, the revocation of such appointments and declarations of capacity.  The Tribunal also has jurisdiction over the exercise of powers pursuant to Enduring Powers of Attorney.

Comcare and Military Compensation
