Our final seminar will feature Mackenzie Arnold, who made her Olympic debut at age 22 as one of two goalkeepers for the Rio 2016 Matildas team. She has recently been signed as goalkeeper for the Brisbane Roar W-league. Mackenzie will be sharing her experiences and the strategies she uses as an elite athlete to optimise performance. She will also talk about the importance of being in the right space mentally and physically, especially when competing on the world stage.
Our second seminar will feature a panel of experts, who will share tips on on the need to look after your body, how to effectively manage your work while maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and what you can do to combat stress.
