Tim Baumann is a real 'people person' with a natural, easy-going manner that puts clients at ease immediately. He adopts a practical and pragmatic approach to legal problems, quickly identifying the key issues and then communicating well with his clients to ensure they understand their rights and obligations.
Tim joined MurphySchmidt in 2007. Since that time he has become an integral member of the MurphySchmidt team and has helped many of the firm’s clients achieve a successful resolution to their legal issues. His client-focused approach and respectful manner have resulted in Tim becoming a very popular and well-regarded member of the team, as well as a natural leader and mentor to other staff members.
With a strong commitment to helping others, Tim has also undertaken considerable volunteer work through MurphySchmidt and actively supports the firm's community program. He volunteers with the Homeless Persons Legal Clinic for LawRight (formerly QPILCH), the Self Representation Service of the District and Supreme Courts, and the Self Representation Service of the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
