Natalie joined MurphySchmidt in 2019 as a Law Graduate. Organised and approachable, Natalie has a strong desire to improve access to justice and aims to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients. She is currently completing her Practical Legal Training and is due to be admitted later this year.
Before joining MurphySchmidt, Natalie worked as a Legal Secretary and developed excellent organisational and administrative skills. She has also worked as a conveyancing clerk with a small property firm based in the outer suburbs of Brisbane, and as a finance and banking clerk.
Natalie actively contributes to the firm’s involvement with LawRight (formerly QPILCH), a not-for-profit, community-based legal organisation that coordinates the provision of pro bono legal services for individuals and community groups. She also volunteered at Lady Cilento Hospital from 2013 to 2016, where she participated in the bedside play program for sick children recovering from illness or injury.
Fluent in Vietnamese, Natalie is a proud member of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association, which seeks to promote cultural diversity within the law and bring together lawyers with an interest in Australian and Asian legal systems.
