While working as an administrative assistant full-time, Meagan completed her law degree and was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2018.
Approachable and easy-going, Meagan ensures her clients receive the highest standard of service during what can be a difficult time. She aims to assist her clients in finalising estates as efficiently as possible and ensure they achieve the best possible outcome.
Meagan is an enthusiastic participant in the firm’s involvement with LawRight (formerly QPILCH), a not-for-profit, community-based legal organisation that coordinates the provision of pro bono legal services for individuals and community groups. In 2018, she led the firm’s fundraising activities for the Queensland Legal Walk.
Prior to starting at MurphySchmidt, Meagan worked as a paralegal for a Brisbane-based banking and finance firm.
