Ioanne Gianniotis

Ioanne joined MurphySchmidt in February of 2017 as an Outside Clerk, progressing into a Research Cadet role in 2018, before becoming a Law Clerk in November 2019.

Ioanne completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland in 2017, majoring in Political Science and Criminology. More recently, he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, and began his Traineeship at MurphySchmidt in March 2020.

Through his various roles at the firm during his university studies, Ioanne has developed an interest in personal injury law. He enjoys building positive relationships with his clients in order to effectively assist them in their time of need. He places great value in having an understanding, compassionate and enthusiastic approach to his work.

Ioanne is also an active participant in the firm’s involvement with LawRight, a not-for-profit, community-based legal organisation that coordinates the provision of pro bono legal services for individuals and community groups. Ioanne has recently been involved with the LawRight Homeless Persons Legal Clinic and the LawRight Self-Rep help service at QCAT, as well as being a committee member for the 2020 LawRight Charity Gala.
