Young Professionals’ Seminar Series – Opening event for 2015
The first Young Professionals’ Seminar of 2015 kicked off in April with a very informative and interactive presentation from Gretel Bakker of Performance Frontiers.
Gretel presented to a crowd of 60 young professionals on the fundamental value differences that exist between people of different generations and how those differences influence their perception and expectations. Gretel offered insights into how we can develop strategies to ensure that we are communicating effectively despite our different views and interpretations.
Gretel’s presentation also drew lots of laughs when a few of the young professionals put theory into practice with role playing.
